About Us

Our company was started in 2005 as a LIVE web chat service under the name of our regional company: Finger Lakes Web Answering. As we have grown (we will hit over a million dollars in sales in 2008), we noticed a strong need for small businesses to have additional back office support for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, e-mail follow up, data collection and input, etc. We saw this need and have taken the opportunity of trying to put our services into that need.

We proudly call Main Street Canandaigua our home, where we have our corporate offices and our local customer call center. To provide our services 24/7, we work with operators out of our facilities and also operators that treasure virtual work from their home office. This allows us to ensure adequate coverage and that we have staff members from all over the Finger Lakes area.

Our state of the art software allows us to divert calls in case of an emergency (remember the ice storm?) to our sister call center offices located in other states. This guarantees as little down time as possible, ensuring your calls and work are completed.
