Information to provide us

We provide our operators with any information you share with us. Please provide us with as much information as possible. We would also appreciate it if you would review the chats we have with your visitors and let us know what information we could have shared with them. Here is a sampling of the information you may want to provide us.

• What pages would you like us to make sure your visitors see (depending on your level of service we can send the link in their introductory chat window).
• Do you have a FAQ page on your site?
• Do you have a SPECIALS page?
• How often does your web site change and for what reason?
• Are there any community pages/sites you would like them to see?
• What is the primary purpose of your CHAT button: answer questions, customer support, get contact information, and assist in sales process?
• For Complete and Get the Business customers, at what point and how aggressive would you like us to attempt to get visitor contact information?
• How would you like us to address questions we do not know the answers for: send visitor to e-mail; try to contact you immediately; ask visitor for contact information so we can send to you, etc.
