On Call service: $ 40.00 per month plus a one-time $35.00 set-up fee
- Live Chat Service – when your customers click on the LIVE CHAT button, our operator will answer, using any information you provide us about your business. We’ll answer questions and point your customers to the specific pages you want them to visit.
- Chat Transcripts – You’ll have access to customer chats immediately after they occur.
- Customized Buttons – You can customize your LIVE CHAT buttons and even choose to have them disappear when operators are not available.
Complete service: $ 60.00 per month plus a one-time $35.00 set-up fee
- All the benefits of our On Call service plus:
- We’ll monitor any web pages you want, and invite your prospects to chat – after they’ve been on your site for a certain period of time; have visited certain pages; or are repeat visitors.
- We’ll try to collect contact information for you.
- We’ll provide you with general daily web site statistics and traffic analysis.
Get the Business service: $80.00 per month plus a one-time $35.00 set-up fee
- All the benefits of our On Call and Complete services, plus:
- We’ll make a phone call to your visitor (no extra charge to you) if we feel it will help your customer.
- Our Prospect and Customer Detection services will automatically tell you when you have a repeat visitor, and we’ll proactively will send the customer or prospect a chat box.
- You can use your web browser to review real-time visitor activity, and you’ll get specific daily web site statistics and traffic analysis.
- You can place LIVE CHAT buttons on any and all e-mails you send out and we’ll respond to them just as if they were visitors to your web site.
IMPORTANT: We know you need flexibility, so we try our best to customize our service to suit your needs. If there is something you’d like to add, or change, just contact us and we’ll do our best to make it easy for you.
